Fito Paez joined the list of musicians accomplices of the State of Israel

In recent years, the international campaign for Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) of Israel is calling on the international community to join the peaceful boycott against the State of Israel.

Like apartheid in South Africa, this initiative has achieved excellent results, obtaining the support of leading personalities from the world of culture, music, art, etc., who have canceled their visits to Israel until it respects international law and not end with the occupation of Palestine. Such has been the case with artists like Elvis Costello, Pixies them, Carlos Santana, Gil Scott-Heron, Vanessa Paradis, the English filmmaker Mike Leigh and bassist and founder of Pink Floyd, Roger Waters.

However, the Argentine singer Fito Paez has confirmed a tour of Israel, with two shows scheduled for 4 and 6 June.

other Argentine artists as León Gieco, Mercedes Sosa, Charly Garcia and Diego Torres, have been submitted in previous years in Israel before the huge community of Argentine Jewish settlers living in occupied Palestine, ignoring the call of the BDS and joining international complicity.
