The Organic Law on General Election System ( LOREG ), has over 25 years and is absolutely outdated in some questions since the widespread use of Internet . Basically, with regard to day of reflection and a ban on publication of polls in the last 5 days of the campaign . In both cases it is very simple, and unpunished, breach of the provisions of the Act, which seems necessary to reform the LOREG to suit the times.
