books, baptism and apostasy

The Constitutional Court has declared inadmissible the resource amparo filed by the English Agency Data Protection (AEPD) in the dispute he had with the Archbishop of Valencia regarding cancellation data in baptism books . The TC does not enter into the merits of the case, therefore, what we must still take into account what the Supreme Court said about it: books are baptism outside the scope of the Data Protection Act , thus no no legal obligation to make marginal notes in books.
Certainly not to be confused apostasy with the right to cancel the personal data, since the Catholic Church has its own procedure.
The case developed in the blog Legal Downloads .
