A ruling by the High Court has nullified order regulating the implementation of the "digital canon ." The ruling does not mean the disappearance of charge on certain media, but does not apply certain media until they issue a new order under law. Meanwhile, back at the regime established in 2006 with different rates and some media for which no fee will be applied temporarily.
