02/12/2010 Industrial Workers of the World (IWW for its acronym in English or Wobblies) has voted to officially support the movement of Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) in defense Palestinian rights. The "Resolution in Support of Workers in Palestine / Israel" was adopted by an overwhelming vote in both the IWW convention
in Minneapolis and by the members through a referendum. the IWW and the Group of Friends of Palestinian workers in the IWW 
, a network Wobblies base of support for the struggle of Palestinians, Israelis and internationals against Israeli apartheid. Support BDS has also been reaffirmed by all Palestinian workers who met with members of the IWW the IWW delegation to Palestine, in particular the Independent Federation of Workers in Palestine, with which IWW
"Our support for the BDS movement is consistent with traditional principles of combating racism and international solidarity"
The IWW is an international union with members in North America, Europe, Australia and South Africa.

The Campaign for Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) is an effective, legally and morally nonviolent whose need has been confirmed not only by Palestinian civil society, but also by independent lawyers and human rights experts of the UN. The CNB reaffirms unwavering support for persecuted French militants and called on people of conscience and the BDS movement everywhere to redouble their support for those facing the shameful state repression. October 14, after a large demonstration outside the courtroom and a global display of solidarity with the accused supporters of BDS, a French court dismissed charges of "incitement to discrimination, hatred and violence "against Senator Alima Bumediene-Thiery and prominent activist Omar Slaouti, after participating in activities to promote the boycott of Israel [1]. However, the following week imposed a fine of one thousand euros against activist Sakina Arnaud to put a sticker of "Boycott Israel" on a carton of fruit juice
[2]. November 29, International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, no less than twelve French BDS activists will appear in court to face Mulshouse similar charges [3]. Other trials will be held in spring and summer of 2011.

This complicity in covering up of Israeli violations of international law is compounded by the cynical attempts by the French government to confuse the opposition to the policies of Israel, the occupying State and apartheid, to "hate" and "discrimination" against an ethnic or religious group . The global BDS campaign is based on the Palestinian Call for BDS 2005 that unequivocally opposes all forms of racism, including anti-Semitism and Islamophobia. BDS Palestinian movement has been campaigning with the highest moral integrity against the State of Israel because of its multifaceted system of oppression against the Palestinian people and its systematic violations International Law. In the BDS movement is no consideration whatsoever for the ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex or any other attribute of identity.
Following calls by activist groups and the CNB French, international BDS movement and civil society in general have given their full support and visible to the French movement of BDS. They have held demonstrations of solidarity with French embassies and major public areas in Scotland, Ireland, Italy and Sweden [7] . Parliamentarians and activists from around the world sent messages of solidarity. The embassies of France received letters of complaint. French activists believe that this solidarity is an effective way of resistance against state repression.

Declaration of companies and factories recovered to the boycott, divestment and sanctions on Israel
The call of Palestinian civil society for boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS), published in 2005, is building a powerful global movement of solidarity through thousands of different campaigns and initiatives BDS.
This global movement that demands respect for international law and human rights by Israel has already demonstrated its strength in the struggle against the Israeli policies of occupation, colonialism and apartheid. Rooted in the consciousness and initiative of the masses and with the support of unions, parties, movements and civil society organizations and personalities, the so-called BDS, successfully pressing companies and governments to stop its complicity with Israel.

"fulfill its obligation to recognize the Palestinian people's inalienable right to self-determination and fully complies with the precepts of international law by:
1. The end of occupation and colonization of all Arab lands and dismantling the Wall.

3. Respecting, protecting and promoting the rights of Palestinian refugees to return to their homes and properties as stipulated in resolution 194. "
Workers Solidarity and their movements has supported numerous struggles with vital help and support has enabled workers to strengthen against the oppression and exploitation.
South Africa's struggle serves as a model for this class internationalism. Over a period of almost 20 years, workers and their movements were the vanguard of the global support of the South African struggle against apartheid. In supporting the boycott and BDS campaigns, the movement of workers has put pressure on governments to impose sanctions on companies to withdraw their investments.
Today, Palestine is a challenge for humanity. The siege of Gaza continues, remains "the world's largest prison open, with a bankrupt economy. Israel is stepping up its program of building of colonial settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories and continues to build the apartheid wall that prohibits workers from reaching their jobs. Racial discrimination against Palestinian citizens of Israel is becoming more visible and oppressive, while the fourth generation of Palestinian refugees is no fundamental right to return to their homes denied by Israel.
Argentina
As workers know very well what it means to live and struggle against repression, disappearances and other forms of state terrorism, and the ongoing struggle for democratic rights and against persecution and criminalization of protest, convinced that international solidarity in the struggle is the most powerful tool for workers and oppressed peoples of the world.
Therefore, it is necessary to break the silence and international complicity driving this campaign from each of our places of everyday speech, work and study. And in this regard, we have decided to ensure that our workplaces, our businesses and factories, have no collusion with Israeli crimes and will be open spaces of Israeli apartheid.
We resolved:
1. Sure we do not have contracts and business between our companies recovered and Israeli companies, the State of Israel or companies that support the State of Israel, as this is direct financial support to the occupation and supports the war economy and Israeli apartheid.

We have noted a decision of the English Agency for Data Protection (AEPD) by which a complaint is filed in connection with the receipt of an unsolicited email ( "spam " ). Article 21 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI ) prohibits the sending "advertising or promotional mail electronic or other means of electronic communication that had been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients thereof ". therefore c on general (there is one exception that comes into effect in this case) sending unsolicited commercial communication is a violation, in violation of art. 38.4.d of same standard.
In this case, it has been established to send unsolicited commercial communication, the AEPD agree not to initiate disciplinary proceedings and tax audits, based on two aspects:
1 .- The presumption of innocence. AEPD estimated that since " on the website of the alleged offender provides a procedure for providing information to request e-mail address, [...] it is concluded that there is reasonable doubt about how they were obtained Mailing address appellants and, therefore, the existence of consent to the transfer of mail. "
2 .- The principles of minimum intervention and proportionality. The AEPD considers need to be exhausted other alternatives procedural ways to open an infringement procedure. In this case, since that the email sent information about the procedure consisted enabled to oppose the sending of new commercial communications, and has not established that it exercised the right of opposition, the Agency estimates that have not exhausted the above formulas procedural alternatives.

However, the application of these principles, pushed to the limit (as in our opinion, makes the AEPD in this case) allows that only partially meet the requirements to send unsolicited commercial communications (as is the procedure to enable the opposition to the sending of new commercial communications, as set out in art. 22 of the LSSI) can escape from the commission of an offense.
Therefore, if we stick to that contained in this resolution, the AEPD not sanction the sending of unsolicited commercial communications if:
- are available on a web page form Inquiry.
- It complies with the obligation provided for in art. 22 of the LSSI regarding the qualification of the procedure of opposition.
Anyway, it seems it gets really easy to send spam indiscriminate. However, knowing the doctrinal changes that we have used the AEPD, my recommendation is that you only send commercial communications by electronic means, as stated in art. 21 of the LSSI, when it has the consent of the recipient or the address of this has been lawfully obtained under a prior contractual relationship and commercial communication concerns products or services of their own company are similar to those initially object customer recruitment. 
We have noted a decision of the English Agency for Data Protection (AEPD) by which a complaint is filed in connection with the receipt of an unsolicited email ( "spam " ). Article 21 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI ) prohibits the sending "advertising or promotional mail electronic or other means of electronic communication that had been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients thereof ". therefore c on general (there is one exception that comes into effect in this case) sending unsolicited commercial communication is a violation, in violation of art. 38.4.d of same standard.
In this case, it has been established to send unsolicited commercial communication, the AEPD agree not to initiate disciplinary proceedings and tax audits, based on two aspects:
1 .- The presumption of innocence. AEPD estimated that since " on the website of the alleged offender provides a procedure for providing information to request e-mail address, [...] it is concluded that there is reasonable doubt about how they were obtained Mailing address appellants and, therefore, the existence of consent to the transfer of mail. "
2 .- The principles of minimum intervention and proportionality. The AEPD considers need to be exhausted other alternatives procedural ways to open an infringement procedure. Therefore, if we stick to that contained in this resolution, the AEPD not sanction the sending of unsolicited commercial communications if:

- It complies with the obligation provided for in art. 22 of the LSSI regarding the qualification of the procedure of opposition.
Anyway, it seems it gets really easy to send spam indiscriminate. However, knowing the doctrinal changes that we have used the AEPD, my recommendation is that you only send commercial communications by electronic means, as stated in art. 21 of the LSSI, when it has the consent of the recipient or the address of this has been lawfully obtained under a prior contractual relationship and commercial communication concerns products or services of their own company are similar to those initially object customer recruitment.
